Policies

Eligibility for PMU

  • Under 18 years old (18+ only)
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Have any viral infections or auto-immune diseases - HIV/AIDS/Hepatitis/Lupus etc. 
  • Currently using Accutane in the past year
  • Keloid prone 
  • Epileptic
  • Cystic acne or skin rashes on the face (near the eyebrows/forehead for brows - near lips for lip blush)
  • Currently receiving chemotherapy
  • Taking blood thinning medicines/antibiotics within two weeks prior to your appointment
  • Allergic to lidocaine or epinephrine, these are numbing agents I use
  • Pigment may not retain properly for smokers, those on medication for thyroid/graves disease, or those with anemia. 
  • Please read before care as well to ensure your lifestyle habits will not affect your results
  • LIP BLUSH: if you are prone to cold sores, you must take an anti-viral prescription at least 4-7 days before your appointment. You must get a prescription from your physician. Cold sore outbreaks are common after lip blush services because of the trauma caused to the skin during the service. In order to protect your results, please make sure you follow these care instructions. 

Prior Work Policy

If you have prior work done, you MUST book a consultation before booking a cover up appointment. This will help us to determine your eligibility and book you for the correct service. An additional charge will be added if you arrive to your appointment with previous work that wasn’t mentioned prior to your arrival. Yes, this includes old, faded work! All previous work is considered a cover up appointment, no matter how faded it is. 

Late Policy

I have a 10 minute late policy. After 10 minutes, there is a $5 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. The fee will have to be paid in order to reschedule. After the second missed appointment, you will be charged a 50% no show charge and banned from booking again. No exceptions. 

No Show Policy

I have a 2 no show policy before you are banned from scheduling future appointments. I understand that things come up sometimes but respect and communication are key. In order to protect my time and business, I ask that you communicate with me if you’re unable to keep your appointment, even if it is last minute. After 2 no shows, you will no longer be able to book with me. No exceptions. 

Cancellation Policy

You must text or email me to cancel your appointment. Appointments must be cancelled more than 48 hours prior or you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you are canceling less than 48 hours prior due to COVID-19, a doctor’s note is required to avoid being charged. 


Waxing appointments that are 1 hour or longer have a 20% cancellation fee if canceled same day. Please give 24 hours notice.

Touch Up Policy

Touch ups MUST be booked within 6-8 weeks of your initial appointment. After 8 weeks, you will have to book for a color boost appointment. I recommend booking your touch up appointment at the end of your initial appointment to ensure that you’re able to book on time. 

Deposit Policy

Most services require a non-refundable deposit when booking. Your deposit may be transferred ONCE if you need to reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than once, you will forfeit your deposit and have to pay a new one to reschedule again. If you have to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment then you will forfeit your deposit and have to put a new one down to reschedule. If you arrive to your PMU appointment without having reviewed the before care and are not eligible to receive your treatment that day, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to put a new one down in order to reschedule. Please take the time to review all of my policies, before care & after care BEFORE booking and putting down a deposit.  All deposits are 100% non-refundable. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All deposits and sales are final. I do not give refunds on any services. It is your responsibility to read and follow all before and after care instructions to achieve the best results. It is your responsibility to ask questions so that you can best understand the outcome of the service. Refunds will not be issued once a deposit is paid or a service is completed.
